Notice: Delay in Tournament Rewards
Please note that we're currently experiencing delays that could delay the reward distribution process up to two months max. Usually, we send out the prizes a week after the event ends so that we can fix any remaining bugs/problems and finalize the rankings. Once the prizes are ready, we send out the rewards fairly quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you participated in an event and placed among the top participants, you should receive an email with details about your prizes after the event ends. Please keep an eye on your inbox.
If it’s been over a week since the event ended and you still haven’t received your prizes, please submit a ticket. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
