Close your Blitz client
Step 2:
Press Windows Key + R, enter %appdata%, click OK and delete the Blitz directory.
Step 3:
Launch your Blitz client again

Open your finder, press Command + Shift + G, enter ~/Library/Application Support/, remove the Blitz directory.

Launch your Blitz client again
