If you’re having trouble viewing your teammates’ inventory in the Team Inventory Overlay, there could be a few reasons behind this. Here’s a checklist to help resolve the issue:
1. Ensure Teammates Have Blitz Installed and Running
The Team Inventory Overlay requires that all players in your lobby have the Blitz app installed and actively running in the background. If your teammates haven’t installed Blitz or aren’t running it, their inventory data won’t appear.
2. Ask Teammates to Contact Support if the Issue Persists
Occasionally, the issue might be on your teammates' end. If they’re running Blitz but still not showing up in your overlay, they should submit a support ticket so our team can investigate. Submit a Ticket Here.
3. Try Running Blitz as Administrator
In some cases, running Blitz as an administrator may help resolve overlay issues. You can follow the guide to run Blitz as an administrator by clicking here. Please note, however, that this might not fully resolve the problem.
